Scenariusz inspirowany jest opowiadaniem Oskara Jana Tauschinskiego \u201e\u015awi\u0119tokradztwo\u201d. Agata Duda-Gracz si\u0119ga po trudny i g\u0119sty znaczeniowo utw\u00f3r austriackiego pisarza, aby poruszy\u0107 problem cz\u0142owieka \u2013 tw\u00f3rcy. Tw\u00f3rcy, kt\u00f3ry w trakcie tworzenia uto\u017csamia siebie z bogiem, a sw\u00f3j proces artystyczny \u2013 z boskim aktem. Jako artysta totalny, w swym artystycznym szale\u0144stwie, stwierdza, \u017ce dzie\u0142o doskona\u0142e mo\u017ce powsta\u0107 tylko w wyniku obcowania z prawd\u0105 \u2013 w my\u015bl idei, \u017ce prawdziwa sztuka jest zawsze okrucie\u0144stwem zadanym ludziom. Takie podej\u015bcie wp\u0142ywa na konstrukcj\u0119 spektaklu, w kt\u00f3rym wytworzona iluzja ma bliski kontakt z realno\u015bci\u0105. W ten spos\u00f3b widz zadaje sobie pytania: gdzie jest moralna granica artysty? Kto daje mu prawo do bycia katem?
